     The prices shown are all in US dollars and are in addition to
both the operating system software and the language software.

     There is a per user charge for over 10 users.  This charge is
500 per user up to 50 users, 400 per user up to 100 users, and 300
per user over 100 users.

NOTES

1.   The number of users is defined as the number of CRT's that can
access the system.

2.   For the purpose of calculating the monthly software support
charges, all users are counted.

3.   For the purpose of calculating license fees, all users are
counted except users dedicated 100% for Point of Sale System (PSS).

4.   The license fee for the Window Treatment System (WTS) is
calculated on all users on the system including PSS users.

5.   The Data Transmission System (DTS) is only appropriate for
multiple computer sites.  The license fee is calculated on the
total number of users at all sites including PSS users.

6.   Software requires valid license of BBX software that now
available at $195.00 per user as defined in note #1 above.

7.   A Unix based computer recommended for multi-user system.  This
is preferred over a Novel network.   A Unix based system requires
a separate PC for communication with Blast software required for
both the Unix system and the PC.  Blast is $795.00 for Unix and
$195.00 for PC.

8.   Data base for Wallpaper is $2,500.00 for our current load and
is provided "as is".

9.   Data base for Window Treatment is $2,500.00 for our current
load and is provided "as is".

10.  Data base for Five Star Sundries is $750.00 for our current
load and is provided "as is".

11.  Data base for Muralo Paint is $500.00 for our current load
and is provided "as is".

12.  Items marked "*" are only needed for telephone sales and not
needed for retail store installations.

13.  Interactive Internet prices are in addition to all costs
associated with the Internet such as computer usage and home page
setup.
